This is me in
the "lots" next to my grandparent's (Saunderson) apartment. I was destined
to fall out of a tree which was located behind the photographer.
This may explain a great deal...
Directly behind
me are 2 new cars, judging by my age (5). Behind them was our doctor's
(Scala) home office, which I remember the layout of vividly.
We lived in the
apartment building to the right of the white houses which are on Rhinlander
Ave. Our house was on Radcliff Ave. We lived there until 1957, when
we moved to Bantam Place, which was like the outlying suburbs are today.
There were farms close by.
I got the cowboy outfit
for Christmas, and my brother got a beautiful set of cowboy boots, which
I remember getting my hands on before Christmas and hiding under my bed
because I liked them better than mine and I wanted them. Sweet kid! |
